By accessing or using Read Aloud Reader, operated by Vioneapp LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Read Aloud Reader is a free, web-based text-to-speech tool. Paste text, convert to audio with AI voices, adjust speed, and download MP3.

3. Free Usage and Limitations

Daily limit: 20,000 characters per user (by IP). Limits reset at midnight UTC and may change without notice.

4. User Accounts

No registration required. No personal information needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, infringing content, circumventing rate limits, or fraudulent impersonation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design and code are property of Vioneapp LLC. You retain rights to text you submit. Generated audio is subject to OpenAI's policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vioneapp LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
